秦利平,副研究员,博士,本硕博均毕业于中南大学,现任研究生工作部(研究生院)副部(院)长。广西科技项目评审专家库专家,柳州市科技专家库评审专家,柳州市D类人才。长期从事锌离子电池二次电池方面的研究,主持和参与包括国家自然科学基金项目、广西科技开发项目、广西自然科学基金项目、广西特色新型智库联盟重大招标课题等科研项目10余项;在国内外期刊发表学术论文50多篇,包括SCI收录论文30多篇,多篇论文入选高被引或热点论文;参与获得广西科技进步奖三等奖1项,多次获得柳州市自然科学优秀论文二等奖、三等奖。培养已毕业研究生3名,2人攻读博士学位,欢迎有志于攻读博士学位的同学报读我的硕士研究生。电子邮箱:qinlp2005@126.com。
